Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using www.productadvisory.co or assessment.productadvisory.co (together, the "Site"), operated by Product Advisory, LLC ("Product Advisory," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, including by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site and Services

www.productadvisory.co is provided for informational and marketing purposes to describe Product Advisory's consulting services. Nothing on that portion of the Site constitutes a binding offer of consulting services; any consulting engagement with Product Advisory is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Product Advisory.

assessment.productadvisory.co (the "Learning Platform") is an interactive product management and AI skills assessment and learning tool. It is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis, described further in Section 10 below. Creating an account and using the Learning Platform does not create a consulting relationship between you and Product Advisory.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Learning Platform, you must create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with a Google account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and completing your profile

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others

• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly permit account creation by anyone under 18.

3. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information, including account information, assessment responses, and profile details, is described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.productadvisory.co/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you agree to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and images — is the property of Product Advisory, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. This does not restrict your own reflections, notes, or answers you submit while using the Learning Platform, which remain yours as described in Section 5.

5. Your Content

The Learning Platform may allow you to submit reflections, written responses, or other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a license to store and display it back to you as part of the Service, and to use it in de-identified, aggregated form to understand how the Learning Platform is used and to improve it. We will not publicly attribute Your Content to you without your permission.

6. Use of the Site and Services

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, another user's account, or related systems

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our permission

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form or when creating an account

7. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site, including assessment results and course content, is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, business, legal, or financial advice. You should not rely on the Site's content as a substitute for tailored advice from a qualified professional.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn) that are not owned or controlled by Product Advisory. The Learning Platform also relies on third-party infrastructure providers (such as Google Firebase) to operate, described further in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Learning Platform and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the email below. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or discontinue the Learning Platform in whole or in part at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before discontinuing the Learning Platform entirely.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Learning Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that assessment results or course recommendations will be accurate or complete for your circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Advisory, LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Learning Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Product Advisory, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes affecting registered users will be noted with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
